Shipping Policy

Your order will be sent out on average within 1-2 business days of ordering.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Shipping rates are currently in the system for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Contact womenwhosail@gmail.com for accurate shipping rates to other international destinations.

My Order Didn’t Arrive

All burgees are shipped with a tracking number through USPS. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the item was delivered.

Return policy

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at womenwhosail@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at womenwhosail@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different type/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mis-labelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at womenwhosail@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
